Muzak Maintenance Programs are designed to offer immediate and reliable solutions for your specific system’s needs. Our programs provide full service repairs when you need them most- all at a predictable monthly cost. When your equipment fails replacement components are delivered to you immediately. All maintenance programs and repairs are supported by our state-of-the-art Drive Thru Operations Center. Highly specialized technicians work around the clock to provide immediate turnaround on all repairs. Plus, our work is always guaranteed.

OTHER PROGRAM OPTIONS

  • >Comprehensive Plus – Same as Comprehensive Max but up to 5 headsets per year.
  • >Comprehensive – Same as Comprehensive Max but up to 3 headsets per year.
  • >Speed-of-Service Timers- Muzak offers an advance replacement or mail-in repair program for qualifying speed- of-service timers.
  • >Backup (Hardwired) Intercom Systems- Muzak offers an advance replacement or mail-in repair program for qualifying wired intercom systems.

 

COMPREHENSIVE MAX PROGRAM

Muzak’s Comprehensive Max Exchange Program is an advance replacement program that covers the entire wireless system. If your equipment fails, simply call 800-316-8000 and Muzak will troubleshoot the problem. We will provide an air shipment (M-F) of a refurbished item to replace the eligible, defective system component. Muzak pays freight both ways.

  • >Batteries (under two years old) and Battery chargers
  • >Base station
  • >Outside speakers and microphones

1. When a system component fails, Call the Muzak Drive Thru Operations Center’s 24-hour toll-free hotline at 800-316-8000 and select Option 5.
2. A representative will walk you through the troubleshooting process to determine the nature of the problem.
3. Muzak Drive Thru Operations Center will send a refurbished replacement part to your store.
4. Return the defective system component to Muzak using the prepaid return-shipping label.
5. It’s fast and easy. Your restaurant is now back up and running at full capacity.
6. Anytime further trouble shooting is needed, our highly qualified techs will be dispatched to your site.
